The New Scooby-Doo Movies is the second incarnation of Hanna-Barbera‘s Saturday morning Scooby-Doo cartoon series. It premiered on September 9, 1972 and ran for two seasons on CBS as the only hour-long timeslot Scooby-Doo series. Twenty-four episodes were ultimately produced (sixteen episodes in 1972 and eight more episodes in 1973).
